About the course

Floating offshore wind projects face higher early CAPEX and technical uncertainty than bottom-fixed — largely due to system interactions that are poorly covered outside specialist teams. This course tackles that gap, spanning floating wind fundamentals, floater and mooring concepts, site evaluation, Pre-FEED and FID readiness, fabrication and installation strategies, O&M, markets, and case studies. It is developed by Offshore Wind Academy subject-matter experts with hands-on experience across engineering, development, and execution phases.
